Advice and assistance
We specialize in handling and moving fragile and delicate objects. We offer operational advice on how to pack goods properly and how to arrange the safest transportation to domestic and international destinations.
We do not carry out direct packing: we support the customer in choosing the safest materials and methodology.
The fragile
- We assess the type of object (weight, size, sensitivity to movement)
- We identify the most suitable mode of shipment (land, sea, or air)
- We suggest correct posture and neck protection during transport
Examples of objects followed: glass (Murano, glassware, lighting), ceramics, porcelain, jewelry, furniture, artwork
Packaging
We do not make the packaging directly, but:
- advise what materials to use (bubble wrap, foam, wooden crates, cardboard);
- On the size and layering of protective layers;
- On the standards required by couriers and international shipping;
Objective: to avoid unnecessary costs but ensure maximum safety.
The works of art
- Assessment of the needs of the work: material, value, purpose
- Coordination of transportation with couriers
- Support on required procedures (transport documentation, insurance if required)
- Issuance of ministerial certificates for export.
Customs practice support
For works of art and objects requiring special permits, we handle the entire export process: from Fine Arts certification to accompanying documents.
We manage coordination with the relevant agencies, verifying that every step is in order for export.
With our experience in international shipping, we support clients in document preparation, correct customs codes and duty handling, reducing the risk of blockages or delays.
Among our services, we also offer support in applying for Eori Code and Rex Number.
Our approach is truly well-rounded: we follow the client through 360 degrees.
